Program Builder

The program builder allows curriculum designers to add competencies and courses to programs. Adding competencies and courses to programs is required in order for students to track their progress on their My Progress tab. You can access the program builder by clicking the Curriculum tab and selecting the All Programs link. The All Programs page displays all programs offered at your institution which can be filtered by entering a keyword in the Filter by keyword search box. Click on a program to begin adding courses and competencies to that program. 

From the Program page, courses can be added to the program by clicking the Add From Library button within the Courses section. This will open a page that displays the course library. Click the Add button next to each course you'd like to add to the program and click the Save button. Click the 'X' icon next to any course at any time to remove a course from the program.

From the Program page, competencies can be added to the program by clicking the Add From Library button within the Competencies section. This will open a page that displays the competency library. Click the Add button next to each competency you'd like to add to the program and click the Save button. Click the 'X' icon next to any competency at any time to remove a competency from the program.

Note: Setting a Program Scale is performed within Salesforce. Speak to you administrator requesting a performance scale be added.
