Room records set the room location in a building where an Academic Offering will be held. Room records are necessary when using the Registration Portal and Schedule Offering features.
To create a room:
- Open a building record (see Creating Buildings).
- Click the New Room button in the Rooms related list. The New Room screen is displayed.
- Enter the name of the room in the Room Name field.
- Populate other fields as you wish.
- Click the Save button.
