Creating Rooms

Room records set the room location in a building where an Academic Offering will be held. Room records are necessary when using the Registration Portal and Schedule Offering features.

To create a room:

  1. Open a building record (see Creating Buildings).
  2. Click the New Room button in the Rooms related list. The New Room screen is displayed.


  3. Enter the name of the room in the Room Name field.
  4. Populate other fields as you wish.
  5. Click the Save button.
