When accessing either the My Profile or Account Settings pages, if a user receives the error "Ooops Page Not Found", it is likely due to the user's profile permissions. Updating the profile's object settings should provide the user with access to the My Profile and Account Settings pages. To do so:
- Navigate to the affected user's profile. This can be accomplished by either clicking the profile from the user's record or navigating to Setup > Manage Users > Profiles > "Name of Profile".
- Click the Object Settings link.
- Click the Community Profile Tags link.
- Click the Edit button.
- Update the settings to match those within the screenshot below.
- Click the Save button.
Note: These updates will affect all users associated with the user profile.
