Navigating the Knowledge Base Categories

Upon entering the Motivis Learning Help Center, you will notice six categories on the home page. These categories include knowledge articles categorized by role, as well as separate categories for Help Center information and User Guides/Release Notes. These categories are:

  • Using the Motivis Help Center - Articles in this category provide tips and instructions that explaining the Motivis Learning Community's Knowledge Base and Community.
  • Guides and Release Notes - Articles in this category list the release notes for each of Motivis Learning's managed packages, as well as provide access to user guides.
  • Academic Administrator - Articles in this category provide information about troubleshooting errors and record creation. These articles also provide high level overviews of features, as well as other functionality working in the background.
  • Curriculum Designer - Articles in this category provide Curriculum Designers with instructions that explain how to use the Motivis Learning products and features accessible to them.
  • Instructor -  Articles in this category provide Instructors with instructions that explain how to use the Motivis Learning products and features accessible to them.
  • Student - Articles in this category provide Students with instructions that explain how to use the Motivis Learning products and features accessible to them.
