How to Submit a Support Ticket

Note: Out of the box, only Administrators of institutions have access to submit a ticket. User access can be increased if an active support contract is established with Motivis Learning.

Can't find what you're looking for? Submitting a ticket is easy, all you need is Motivis Learning Help Center login access. 

Using the Submit Ticket button in the Motivis Learning Help Center navigation bar

  1. Click the Submit Ticket button in the Motivis Learning Help Center navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter a subject, description and any attachments if necessary.
  3. Click the Submit button. That's it! Your request has been sent to the Motivis Learning support team.
